In order to provide patients without dental insurance, low cost-high quality dentistry; we have developed our own “In House” dental membership plan. We designed this plan so that our patients can maintain their dental health, at an affordable price, which is important to all of us. The “In House” plan is unmatched for low cost, high quality care and a wide scope of benefits.
Adults
$450 / year
$350 for each additional member*
2 dental exams per year
2 regular dental cleanings per year
Check up radiographs as needed
1 emergency exam if necessary per year
Full mouth series/plan once in every 3 years
Fluoride covered at 50%
All other procedures receive 20-30% off
*Spouse or children up to 18 or full-time in college, up to 26 years old
No annual limits
Periodontal
$500 / year
$350 for each additional member*
2 periodontal maintenance visit
2 dental exams per year
Check up radiographs as needed
1 emergency exam if necessary per year
Full mouth series/plan once in every 3 years
